The working principle of the wheel type fermentation machine:
The wheel-type dumping machine uses an intermediate chain transmission mechanism to drive two large-diameter dumping wheels to work symmetrically, and the adjustable speed shift trolley is used to achieve left and right displacement to complete large-span and high-depth dumping. The hydraulic lifting system enables the dumping plate to automatically adjust its height to adapt to different pile depths (usually 1.2-2.5 meters)
Advantages: High efficiency and energy saving, It adopts energy-saving transmission structure, and its energy consumption is 70% lower than that of traditional equipment. There is no dead angle in turning and throwing, the materials are mixed evenly, and the fermentation efficiency is significantly improved. Production line composition and Process Flow for the Rotary Drum Granulation Organic Fertilizer
1.Pretreatment system:
(1)Crusher: Crush raw materials (such as composted organic materials) to a uniform fineness.
(2)Mixer: add auxiliary materials (such as straw powder, fungus agent, trace elements) and mix them evenly.
(3) Rotary Drum granulator
Working principle: The material enters the rotating drum, and is agglomerated into particles under the action of centrifugal force and friction by spraying water or adhesive.
(4)Drying and cooling system
Dryer: Reduces pellet moisture (to below 15%) and increases strength.
Cooler: Prevents high temperature particles from agglomerating and facilitates subsequent screening.
(5) Screening and packaging systems
Drum screen: Separate qualified particles from returned materials (re-granulate ungranulated materials)
Automatic packaging machine: quantitative packaging of finished products, high degree of automation, and reduced labor costs.
