The Artificial Quartz Stone is made by quartz sand, quartz powder, resin, colorants, curing agents, and coupling agents, through uniform mixing, vacuum vibration, medium temperature solidification, and polishing to form as plate products.
It is mainly use in the kitchen countertops, laboratory countertops, window sills, bar counters, elevator entrances, floors, walls, etc., in places where building materials require relatively high materials.
Hongfa Artificial Quartz Stone Production Line is composed of batching system - mixing system - material feeding system - pressing system - curing system - polishing system.

1.Raw material system in the artificial quartz stone slab production line
(1). It consists of 8 aggregate tanks, 2 powder tanks, feeding belts, weighing belts, weighing hoppers, resin tanks, etc.
(2). Made of 304 stainless steel to effectively prevent raw material contamination.
(3). Using PLC intelligent control system, the system monitors the batching process in real time, triggers fault alarms, and provides user-friendly control, effectively improving production efficiency.

(1). The hopper is transfer by the feeding belt, make sure the density of the material is much more even.

(1). Hongfa Pressing Machine can pressure even and without air hole for the material,and the thickness difference can coontrol within 0.5mm, also have the new sound absorber technology to lower the noise.

4.Soliding oven system in the artificial quartz stone slab production line

7.Quartz Stone heat transfer printing machine production line
For this equipment, is to make the slabs much beautiful with different pattern.
1. Intelligent temperature control: Automatically heats up when the temperature is not enough, and the heating system automatically stops heating when the temperature reaches the required level. The heating box and control panel are equipped with temperature control devices, and two sets of temperature controls ensure heating safety.
2. The workpiece is fed in and out longitudinally and transported by a high-temperature resistant belt.
3. The equipment is equipped with an emergency stop button switch and a pressure plate over limit automatic stop protection switch for convenience and safety.

A: You can start the factory with one pressing line+one polishing line, and then add one more pressing line to expand the capacity.
