1. Raw material dealing
Put the fly ash or sand into the ball mill to mill via the conveyor belt, after milling, put the slurry into the slurry storage
tank by slurry pump.
2.Batching, mixing and pouring process
The lime, cement will convey by conveyor to the dry powder measure scale to scale separately. The slurry convey by slurry pump then to the automatic scale;the power and slurry put into the mixer,pouring into the mould.
3. Curing process
After slurry pouring into the mould, put the mould box into the curing room with 50~70ºC. After 2-3 hours curing, the blocks become soft solid and ready for cutting.

Cutting process
Cutting size can be adjusted flexibly, with 0 broken rate.
5. Aerated autoclaved process
Finished cutting using semi-product crane carry to the front of autoclave grouped, hoisting machine or dragger will drag steam trolley into autoclave to steam,it need 6-10 hours.

Finished block dealing process
After 6-10 hours, finished products come out of autoclave, with separting machine to separate blocks layer by layer.
7. Packing process
Using finished block carry hanger clamp the finished product to package line on wooden pallets,after package, then by forklift transport the finished products to piled yard according to specifications to stack.

Autoclaved aerated concrete is based on the calcium silica hydration reaction. Apart from traditional sand, there are many types of solid waste that can be used to produce AAC, such as slag, tailings, ceramic tailings, etc. The most common solid waste is fly ash. Large amounts of fly ash are available and utilization of solid waste is important for environmental protection.
The main raw materials for the production of AAC block
1. Tailings raw materials produced by various metal mine mining, iron ore tailings, copper mine tailings, quartz stone tailings, etc.
2. Ceramic mud. Granite, marble mine tailings, and quarry tailings, etc.
3. Fly ash, slag, water slag, steel slag and other waste materials produced by various thermal power plants, heating companies and steel plants
4. Various power plants, phosphate mines, desulfurization gypsum, phosphogypsum and other ancillary waste produced
5. A large amount of construction waste, concrete fragments and other waste materials generated by urban demolition and road construction in various places
6. A large amount of waste residue and tailings generated by national road construction and tunnels, etc.

Use of thinner blocks (6" instead of 9" exterior walls) because of its excellent water barrier & insulation properties leads to an increase in floor space area between 3-5%.

Being lightweight AAC drastically reduces the dead weight of building, resulting into reduction in steel (up to 27%) and cement (up to 20%) structural cost saving. Being 8 times the size of a clay brick, AAC wall construction involves 1/3 the joints, thus an overall
mortar saving up to 66%
Its automatic manufacturing process gives AAC an exceptional dimensional accuracy & smooth surfaces, eliminating need of three-coat plaster walls and allows for a final 6 mm skim coat (putty/POP).
6. Fire Resistant
Best in class fire rating of 4 hours. The melting point of AAC is over 1600 ºc, more than twice the typical temperature in a building fire of 650 ºc.
