The large battery mold for panels of the plant includes the delivery of:
- A new battery formwork
- A new bucket conveyor system
- A semi-portal concrete distributor
- A complete set of magnet shuttering and recess boxes
This battery mold allows clients to create panels up to 10 meters long and 4 meters high. Mechanical extenders enable the side shutters to be positioned inwards, shortening the panel length. Additionally, the panel height can be adjusted using telescopic supports.
Two electric motors facilitate panel movement, while two high-capacity hydraulic cylinders tighten the pockets before concrete pouring. The mold can cast up to 10 panels simultaneously, with a panel thickness of up to 350mm.
