What is AAC Block & ALC Panel?

AAC (Autoclaved aerated concrete) block Main raw materials of AAC are siliceous material (sand, fly ash and Silicon tailings) and Calcium materials (lime and cement) mixed with foaming agent (aluminum powder). It is the product of light porous silicate through the following processes: batching, mixing, pouring, hardening, cutting, autoclaving and curing etc. Because of large amount of well-distributed tiny pores after foaming, it is named autoclaved aerated concrete.

Brief Introduction of Hongfa AAC Block Equipment:
Hongfa has developed, produced and sold autoclaved aerated blocks (AAC) and autoclaved aerated panels (ALC) production line equipments since 2007, with an annual production capacity of 50-500 thousand M3, up to now, more than 100 production lines have been sold at home and abroad, ranking among the top manufactures for domestic production and sales of aerated block equipment.

The main machine of AAC Block production line:

Main process flow of AAC Block Making Machine, Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) Production Line Manufacturer from Original Factory  

1.Raw materils preperation for AAC plant:
A, Milling sand ( fly ash no need mill) and to make slurry
B, Lime: crushing - milling ( or to buy lime lowder directly)
C, Gypsum:to mill with sand or lime or input with flyash then to make slurry directly.

2.Material Batching and Pouring process of aac block production line:
A.Slurry batching: The prepared and stored raw materials to be used are metered, adjusted for temperature and concentration, and a small amount of dosing materials are metered on-site, and then fed to the stirring equipment in turn according to the process requirements.
B. Pouring: In this process, the materials that are put into the mixer after the previous batching process are measured and adjusted if necessary, and the materials that meet the time, temperature, and consistency requirements of the process are made, then pouring into the mold. The pouring process is an important process that can form a good pore structure, and it constitutes the core link of aerated production as the batching process.

3.Static stop curing in curing section of aac block making machine

A.The poured mold is pushed into the resting room with a conveyor chain for initial gas generation and initial setting. The room
temperature is 50-70°C, and the time is 1.5-2 hours.

B.The resting process is mainly to promote the slurry to continue to complete the hardening process, so that the embryo body
reaches a certain hardness for cutting

4.Cutting section of aac block production line

The cutting process is to divide and shape the aerated concrete body  to meet the appearance and size requirements. The cutting process reflects the characteristics of air-entrained concrete, which is convenient for large-volume molding, flexible and diverse in shape and size, and large-scale mechanized production.

5.Autoclave curing and out of autoclave section of aac block production line

A.Autoclave curing :High-pressure steam curing of aerated concrete aac body. (Usually above 174.5 ºC)
B.Out off Autoclave: Including finished aac products out of the autoclave, lifting, separation, inspection, packaging and cleaning and oiling of trolleys and bottom plates.

6.Packing section of aac block production line
Using finished block carry hanger clamp the finished product to package line on wooden pallets,after package, then by forklift
transport the finished products to piled yard according to specifications to stack.

Advatages of AAC block / alc panel

1.Light weight and high strength

The weight of ALC products is 1/3--1/10 of the traditional material department, which effectively reduces the weight of the buiding and improves the seismic resistance of the buiding.

2.Fire retardant

AAC products are A1 grade non-combustible materials, and the fire resistance limit of 100mm thick AAC wall can reach 4hours.

3.Green rnvironmental protection

The raw materials and finished products of AAC products are inorganic materials, which are non-toxic and harmless throughout the life cycle, and are truly green and environmentally frinedly new buiding materials.

4.Soud insulation and sound absorption

AAC products have the dual performance of sound insulation and sound absorption, and theri weighted sound insulation can rach 40-60dB when used as a wall, which fully meets the sound insulation requirments of buildings.

5.Precise dimensions

The error of high-quality AAC products is only ±1mm, which provides a reliable guarantee for high-precision and high-efficiency assembly construction.

6.Waterproof and impermeable

The inside of AAC products is closed and non-connected pores, and special construction technology and supporting materials are used to effectively prevent water penetration.

7.Thermal insulation

The dry thermal conductivity of AAC products is 0.055-0.17w/(m*k), which can efectively improve the energy saving level of buildings and reduce energy consumption compared with other wall materials.

8.Safe and durable

After autoclaving, the product has stable performance and good durabiblity.

9.keeping temperature

 aerated concrete panel has many porous,the delivery hearting coefficient is 0.9-0.22W/(mk),the same as 1/4 or 1/5 of clay brick,so it is best materials now in the world. Also many kinds raw material,have lowest wasteMain Material:coal ash sand waste mine material coal stone,stone dust and other silicon materials.

Application of AAC Block & ALC Panel:
Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Block are widely used as external wall panel (exterior wall panel), internal wall panel (interior wall panel), partition wall panel, flooring,  roofing, fence, cladding, curtain wall and facade etc. 

Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Block are widely used in different kinds of buildings, such as public facilities, industrial constructions, steel structure building, warehouse, workshop, stores, hospitals, hotels, apartments, villas, schools, supermarkets etc.

2. AAC block Mould: storage sand slurry to curing (For example:4.2m;4.8m;6m)

In the Aerated concrete block peoduction , the slurry mixed by pouring mixer pured into mould, after maintenance in curing room, it can cutting the aerated concrete green body.

3.Pouring Mixer:

The pouring mixer is mainly to make measured the slurry . Ash and aluminum suspending liquid into mixing drum ,the pouring slurry after mixed will be poured into mould through discharge Butterfly valve to make maintenance, the machine adopts lelical blade in draft tube for mixing tyoe, it can make kinds of materials mixing uniformity effectively.

4. Cutting Machine Parts:

Working principle of cutting machine:  The tilting hanger turns the mould 90 degrees in the air , demoulds the blank and puts it on the cutting table together with the side plate . The blank on the cutting table is cut by the longitudinal cutting device through the motor and its own running . After completion and running at the pause position , the blank is cut horizontally by the cross cutting device when it is driven by the motor to the center of the blank . The cross cutting holder drops and cuts vertically from up to down until it is reset upward .
