Introduce of the AAC block
Aerated concrete block is a new type of wall material,it is take use the stone powder, cement and lime as the main raw materials, then make by the process of ball milling, forming,cutting, and curing with high-pressure steam,etc. It is mainly used in non-load-bearing wall masonry and frame structure filling. It is a lightweight material promoted and applied in key industrial and civil fields by the Ministry of Construction and the National Science and Technology Commission.
1)Light weight and cost-effective,areated concrete density is usually 400-700kg/m3,(according the market in produce ),same as 1/3 of clay block and 1/5 common concrete,therefore,use the lightweight block can reduce the weight of the build more,and also reduce the beam of roof and pillar press best.then it can save the material and cost.
2)Good thermal insulation performance,the thermal conductivity of aerated concrete is 1/6 of ordinary concrete, and its thermal insulation performance is much better than that of a 240mm thick clay brick wall.
3)Strong earthquake resistance. Aerated concrete has light capacity, good overall performance and small inertial force during earthquakes, so it has certain seismic resistance.
4) Good sound insulation performance,the internal structure of aerated concrete is like bread, with a large number of closed pores evenly distributed, so it has sound-absorbing properties that ordinary building materials do not have.
4) Raw Material easy to get.It can be customized according to different local raw materials and different conditions. Raw materials can be selected from river sand, fly ash, mineral sand, etc., depending on local conditions. It can use the recycle waste and is environmentally friendly, make the waste turning into treasure.
In the future,they will replace the Clay brick completely.

The AAC block production line is equipped with dozen of equipment and machine, which is mainly consist of ball milling,mixing,pouring and pouring ferry trolley,horizontal and vertical cutting,autoclave, separating, package etc.
1st main part of cutting machine of AAC block
The block need to cut into small size after forming and demoulding, and need to cut by vertical and horizontal machine line.
As one of main equipment in the AAC production line, the quality and cutting accuracy of aerated block cutting machine directly affect the quality of AAC block,
1) Highly intelligent operation and management, PLC centralized control, with frequency converter to realize the whole cutting process automatic operation.
2) Hongfa cutting machine can not only produce AAC blocks, but also produce ALC panel, and cut the blocks and panels in six sides, so the quality of products is not affected by mould oil and mould deformation.

Finished cutting using semi-product crane carry to the front of autoclave grouped, hoisting machine or dragger will drag steam trolley into autoclave to steam,it need 6-10 hours.
3rd main part of AAC separating and packing machine line
(1)Separating machine:after 6-10 hours, finished products come out of autoclave, with separting machine to separate blocks layer by layer.
(2)Packing machine:using finished block carry hanger clamp the finished product to package line on wooden pallets,after package, then by forklift transport the finished products to piled yard according to specifications to stack.

steel from famous Bao steel manufacturers in China. We only use steel plates that have not been
rolled. A few underwater plasma cutting machines were purchased to guarantee
the high precision of our autoclaved aerated concrete production machines.
