What is the EPS Concrete Lightweight Wall Panel?
Calcium silicate board polystyrene particle composite sandwich penal is a new type of high - grade lightweight wall panel material , it is compounded by polystyrene particles of mortar as the core material and the calcium silicate board as the surface material , appropriately adding fly ash , slag and additive . The product size :2440mm long ,610mm wide ,60-180mm thick ( adjusted by themselves ). This new composite sandwich panel has two surface , which is composed the high strength water resistant calcium silicate board , it ' s waterproof properties is good ; The core material is the polystyrene particles bonding mortar which thermal insulation performance is well ; This product has the performance of thermal insulation , structure function and water resistant , it is mainly used for building wall partition .
What is the raw materials of EPS lightweight sandwich wall panel?
(A) Raw Materials
1. Good thermal isolation EPS bonding mortar as core material.
2. Calcium silicate boards as the surface material: the 2 pcs surface board for outer skin of sandwich wall panel are composed of high strength water resistant, calcium silicate board with good waterproof properties.
3. Properly mixed with fly ash, slag and additives.

8,Winch Machine: move the mold car on the rails
9,Demolding and Stacking Machine: pull out the finished wall panel from the mold car and stack the panels for the forklift to transport to storage area.

How are the land,water,power required to set up an EPS light weight wall board production line?
1. Water requirements: to produce 60m2 panel(90mm thickness as example) required one ton of water. No special requirements for water quality, clean water can be used for production.
2. Electricity requirement: installed power 30 kw (depending on the capacity).
3. Requirements on air and steam: Air compressor and boiler.
4. Land requirements: 1200-2000m2 workshop and 11 meters high (depending on the capacity).
