Product Description

- We adopted imported parts from Gemany in some critical parts of our machine to enhance its durability and performance.

- It is a practical machine that simple in structure, artistic in figure. Especially suitable to the production of the standard bricks, it can produce various kinds of paving bricks, porous bricks, roads bricks etc.

- The main frame is built of strong hollow and rectangle steel 200x200mm with thickness 12mm.

- Vibration source(Vibration table) is isolated with the main frame to prevent the destructive vibration damage on the main frame.

- Complex structural mechanic disign is applied on the vibration table instead of traditional one to strengthen the table and reduce it self weight.

Control System:
Siemens PLC intelligent panel. Man-machine interface, control system equipped with complete logic control, production program, malfunction diagnosis system.
