Brief introduction

The hanging roller pipe-making machine adopts a double-fulcrum structure. The whole machine frame has a semi-suspended mechanical cloth device, and an electromagnetic speed-regulating motor, and the suspension support part adopts an assembly structure. It has the advantages of easy installation, smooth operation, and durability. It is suitable for transportation. The molding production of drainage pipes has the advantages of reasonable structure, excellent performance, high pipe strength, and high output. It can produce concrete and reinforced concrete cement pipes with a length of 2-5 meters and a diameter of 200 mm-2600 mm. The pipe joints are divided into flat mouth and socket mouth. , tongue and mouth, etc. There are 3-5 people in each shift, and the suspended roller cement pipe making machine can produce 8-20 sections per hour.


The Suspension Roller Cement Pipe Machine consists of a frame, transmission speed change mechanism, suspension roller, gantry, hopper, and feeder.


The mold is made up of two semi-circular mold skins connected by a bolt. Retaining rings are fitted at both ends of the mold skin and fixed with a tightening screw to form the assembly. In addition to being made of cast steel, the retaining ring can also be manufactured by welding thick steel plates.
