Lightweight partition boards (EPS Sandwich Panel) are made of calcium silicate boards as the two side panels and a mixture of polystyrene particles and cement foam as the middle sandwich layer. Their specifications are 2440*610 mm, and common thicknesses are 75mm, 90mm, 100mm, 120mm, 150mm, and 200mm. They can be cut, spliced, and punched at will according to the installation effect, and can also be puttyed, wallpapered, etc.

What is the main materials?
What material will be use to make Precast EPS Lightweight Wall Panel? The raw material is very simple in the market:
√ Cement: no special requirement for cement, market standard is okay.
√ Sand: river sand or can be replace by fly ash, it depend on your local market which is commonly.
√ EPS Beads: to fullfill the inside core of the panel to reach the sound-proof founction, also it has lighiweight advantages.
√ Chemical Addtivives: such as HPMC to keep the material mixtures stable, also increase the desity of the wall panel.

1. Mixing plant
HONGFA mixing plant consists of mixer, movable infusion unit and aggregating system. It can mix all raw material automatically and record every data for production. 3.6CBM capacity mixer guarantees infusion efficiency. It only needs about 15seconds to finish a panel with size 2440*610*100mm.
2. EPS Expander
EPS expander is used for expanding raw polysterene, one-time expander can make EPS around 15-18kg/CBM, interval expander can get proportion on 9-11kg/CBM.
3. De-molding machine
De-molding machine can pull the cured panels out deirectly, Hongfa design it based on 6 years panel manufacturing experience, make it possible that demolding machine is movable, after demolding, the molds can be installed immediately without any delay.
Multiwork is possible so efficiency is triple compared to traditional vertical manual and semi horizontal production line.
4. Recycling unit
Recycling unit can save eveything in production, waste slurry settling in underground mixer, the cement and sand will be pumped into mixer again for next mixing cycle. Keep production clean and make waste recycling, cost saving.
5. Hollow core panels unit
If you want hollow core wall panels with thickness above 150mm, HONGFA offers complete system solution. Hollow panels usually use for roof, cladding etc. purpose without any bearing demand.

Q: Can one molding car make different length of wall panel?
A: Yes, the standard wall panel size is 2440mm long with 610mm wide, we can customized the panel forming machine to fits the wall panel length 3 meter, 4 meter, 6 meter and others, then you can make different length wall panel by adjusting the molding car. For example, the molding car is for 5 meter wall panel, then you can produce the wall panel below 5 meter long, such as 4m, 3m, 2m.
Q: How many pcs of wall panel can make per molding car?
A: We take the sample wall panel size is 2440*610* 100mm thickness, one mold car can make 30pcs wall panel.
Q: How many cubic meters of mixture needed per batch in every mold car?
A: For example, 2440mm*100mm thickness wall panel, total one mold car can forming 30pcs panels, it will need around 4.2 cubic meter concrete mixtures.
