Brife Introduction

This is an independent research and development patented product of Hongfa, and layered organic waste is aerobic fermentation device. Multi-layer net bed type design, combines drying, fermentation, deodorization, and intelligent control.

Composutes of the production line:
The plan adopts a complete set of production and treatment equipment such as a manure pre-treatment system, a turning fermentation system, aerobic aeration system, a waste gas treatment system, and an organic fertilizer packaging system, which can quickly ferment and process livestock and poultry manure for fertilizer utilization.

1.Roulette tipping machine
The roulette tipping machine equipment adopts the intermediate chain transmission mechanism, driving the two diameters of the tipping wheel, symmetrical flipping, no dead angle adjustable speed shift trolley, left and right displacement, low energy consumption to complete the long-span tipping work.

2.Dryer

Working principle: The support device of the dryer is supported by the looper belt and supporting roller on the inner cylinder at high temperature, and a rolling bearing is supported on the central shaft at the low temperature end, and the central transmission is adopted to make the overall structure compact and reasonable. In order to facilitate the maintenance and replacement of wearing parts, it is generally designed to be axially split in the middle and connected with bolts.

3.Double mold granulatorThe machine is mainly used for granular processing in (bio) organic fertilizer, compound fertilizer and aquaculture processing industry; The surface of the granular material processed by the machine is smooth, the hardness is moderate, the temperature rise is low during the processing process, and the nutrients inside the raw material can be well maintained; This machine integrates feeder, mixer and granulator; When feeding evenly, the material is also stirred for the second time, and the feeder is equipped with a speed governor.In the production, adjust the feeding amount according to the dry humidity of the material, so that the host will not be stuck or useless.

4.Chiller

The cooler accelerates the air flow inside the rotary cylinder through the suction of the induced draft fan (used in conjunction with the equipment), and continuously turns the material up through the lifting plate installed on the swing wall, so as to achieve the purpose of cooling. The machine is mainly used for the production of organic fertilizer, compound fertilizer, compound fertilizer, cooling a certain temperature granular fertilizer, rotary cooler and dryer used together, can greatly improve the cooling rate, reduce labor intensity, improve output, further remove part of the water and reduce the grain temperature of compound fertilizer.

5.Drum type screening machine

The main function is to further classify the crushed raw materials. After screening out the undersize material with a particle size below 5mm (or customized according to the customer's product particle size requirements) as the organic fertilizer required for the finished product, the oversize material with a particle size above 5mm is

impurities (chicken feathers, stones, nails, bones, branches, etc.), and impurities are waste.

6.Wrapping machine

The complete set of equipment of rotary coating machine is composed of screw conveyor, stirring tank, oil pump, host, etc., and powder powder or liquid coating process. The main machine is lined with polypropylene or acid-resistant stainless steel. According to the process requirements, this equipment has a special design in the internal structure, which is an effective compound fertilizer special equipment, which can effectively prevent the agglomeration of

compound fertilizer.

Finished Product
