Control System

Use the SIMENS STEP7 software package to create control software. The software is modularly constructed and can be compiled into independent functional modules and called by the main module. mainly include:

1. Sampling module: collects the real-time weight and pouring temperature of each scale. The sampling period is the program running period. The sampled values are filtered by the digital filter module, then quantified in the project, and then stored in the data block for use by the scale control module.

2. Aerated concrete formula module: It is compiled according to the requirements of aerated concrete process formula. The change of data depends on the modification of the formula parameters of the monitoring computer. The formula value is stored in the data block for use by the weighing control module.

 

Advantages of the AAC Block Application

A: Light weight
AAC block density is usually 400-700kg/m3, 1/3 ofclay block,1/5 ofcommon concrete block. 40% lowerthan the ordinary building materials.

B: Cost saving
Being lightweight AAC reduction in steel 27%,cement 20% structural cost saving. Being 8 times thesize of a clay brick, AAC wall construction involves1/3 the joints, thus an overall mortar saving 66%.

C: Earthquake resistant has been proven to withstand wind loads ofcategory 5 tropical storms. The same buildingstructure, improve double aseismatic ability than thebrick level.

D: High strength
High strength can reach 40KG/square centimeters(about 4.0MPa). Sand type AAC block norally is3.8-4.2Mpa, Fly ash type AAC block is about 3.0-3.5Mpa.

E: Water barrier
Its water barrier properties are further enhanced byadding silicone based additives.

A: Contains cement, lime, fly ash, ect.
B: Contains cement, lime, sand, ect.Reference: the standard of cement is 42.5 Portland or common cement The radio of aluminum powder is caculated accordancing to the radio of 600 kg/m..

Remarks: the accurate batching rate is adjustable according to the local raw material.
