What is the raw material of AAC blocks

The raw material are siliceous materials (such as fly ash, sand) and calcareous materials (lime and cement)

1.Sand is widely used siliceous material in aerated concrete industry . The main function of sand is to provide SiO2.
2.The role of fly ash in AAC is also to provide SiO2.And the Al2O3 in fly ash can give large effect during static stop after the casting process .

3.Lime is the main calcareous material in the production process. Its main function is to provide calcium oxide, so that it can react with SiO2 and Al2O3 in the siliceous material under hydrothermal conditions to form calcium silicate hydrate, so that the product can gain strength.Finely ground quicklime is used in the production process.

4.Cement is a hydraulic cementitious material, Portland cement is suitable for AAC.

Why should be hongfa Group

To prepare raw materials for an AAC plant, there are three steps to follow:
A. Firstly, sand needs to be milled (fly ash doesn't require this step) and turned into slurry.
B. Secondly, lime needs to be crushed and milled. Alternatively, you can buy lime powder directly.
C. Finally, gypsum needs to be milled either with sand or lime or it can be mixed directly with fly ash to make slurry.

The Hongfa AAC Block Production Line offers several advantages, including:
1. Better Pouring Stability - The line can perform mixed grinding to prepare cementitious materials and improve pouring stability. The flow-tube type pouring stirring shortens the stirring time and improves the uniformity of stirring.

3. Staggered Batching Process - The batching building is divided into two and staggered, simplifying the equipment and building structure layout. It also meets the requirements of staff space and equipment layout.

4. Integrated Layout Technology - This technology arranges the batching, pouring, pre-cultivation, cutting, bottom
removal, marshaling, and other processes in the same workshop. It uses hydraulic lifting and conveying equipment to separate the walking guide from the main body of the workshop, reducing the height of the workshop. This layout avoids dead corners in the building, shortens the return path of wastewater and waste slurry, reduces the moving space of operators, and improves work efficiency.

Production process

 Main process flow for the AAC block-making machine:
1. Measure and mix raw materials.
2. Feed the mixed materials into a pouring mixer to create slurry.
3. Pour the slurry into molds after thorough mixing.
4. Pre-cure the slurry until it reaches a certain hardness for cutting.
5. Tilt the mold 90 degrees using a hoister.
6. Open the mold, separate it from the block, and place the block on a cutting cart with the side plate.
7. Use a horizontal cutting machine to cut the blocks from both sides.
8. Perform vertical cutting on the blocks.
9. Transfer the cut blocks to curing carts with the side plate using a hoister.
10. Group the carts and place them into autoclaves.
11. Cure the blocks under specific temperature and pressure.
12. Remove the finished blocks from the autoclave using a winch.
13. Move the finished blocks to the storage area with a hoister.
14. Return the side plate through a roller system.
15. Prepare the side plate and mold for the next production cycle.

1. Material dealing
Convey fly ash or sand to a ball mill, mix with water, and transfer the slurry to a storage tank via a pump.


2. Batching, mixing, and pouring process OF AAC Block Making Machine.
The lime and cement will be transported by a conveyor to the dry powder measuring scale, where they will be measured separately. A slurry pump will then transfer the slurry to the automatic scale. Afterward, the powder and slurry will be mixed and poured into the mold.
  1. 3.Curing process
    After pouring the slurry into the mold, place the mold box in the curing room at 50-70°C. After 2-3 hours of curing, the blocks will become soft solids and will be ready for cutting.

4.Cutting Machines System of AAC Block Making Machine.

The AAC block machine line cutting machine is an advanced version of the traditional cutting machine, developed with the help of the WIHA technology. This machine employs well-known domestic or international brands for its reducer and control elements, ensuring a stable performance. It allows flexible adjustment of cutting size and boasts an almost zero crushing rate.

 

5.Aerated autoclaved process of AAC BLOCK-MAKING MACHINE
After cutting, use a crane to carry the semi-product to the front of the autoclave. Then, use a hoisting machine or dragger to move the steam trolley into the autoclave for steaming. It takes 6-10 hours.

6. Finished block dealing process
After 6 to 10 hours, the finished products are removed from the autoclave. They will be separated using a machine that separates the blocks layer by layer before being packed and transferred.

Final Products and Application

The production line could produce AAC blocks, AAC bricks, AAC panels, ALC blocks,ALC panel, CLC blocks, CLC panel.

AAC has the characteristics of light weight and good thermal insulation performance. panels and blocks are widely used in industrial and civil buildings,Such as hospitals, schools, shopping malls, etc.
