This type machine is capable to make pipes with diameter from 300-2000mm and with length from2-4meters. 2.Vertical Type: (diameter: 150 to 1000mm; length: 500 to 1000 mm)

Vertical Type:  (diameter: 150/200 to 1000mm; length: 500 to 1000 mm)
The working principle is: the extrusion method is used to form the concrete in the mold tube.  Mainly used for urban community development, township and rural construction drainage and small bridge use, its shortcomings are low bearing capacity and low strength.
Advantages: It can be demolded immediately, and only one set of mold is needed for each size. Less investment. 
Disadvantages: Can only be used for tubes with a diameter of 200-1000mm and a length of 1000mm. No reinforcement can be added.

1. Short production Cycle: because of the good effect of the roller to compact the concrete, every pipe just need 3-5 minutes with high speed roller rotation.
