Cow dung organic fertilizer production line is a complete set of equipment for processing organic fertilizer with cow dung as raw material. The cow dung in the dung pool can be pumped into the equipment through a mud pump by a cow dung treatment machine, and then dehydrated by the equipment. The moisture content after treatment is about 40%. Crops such as straw and rice bran (including N\P\K) can also be used as fillers, and then sprinkled with biological bacteria agents. 1KG of bacteria agents are mixed with 20KG of water and moved into the raw materials, which can ferment 1 ton of raw materials. Turn over once every 1-2 days, and it can be completely decomposed in 7-10 days.

Crusher Machine

Organic Granulator
The cutter head is movable and adjustable, which is conducive to granulation, and is made of wear-resistant alloy. Mainly used for granulation of various powdery materials. Dies with diverse diameters (1.5mm - 20mm) make it easier for customers to produce bio-organic fertilizer pellets with smooth surfaces and uniformity according to various raw materials and requirements.
Rotary Drying & Cooling
The pellets need to be dried with a professional drying machine with the purpose of adding fertilizer strength and convenient storage. Our rotary fertilizer dryer for organic fertilizer is the perfect drying equipment to decrease the water content of granules. According to experience, the moisture of organic fertilizer pellets produced by the granulator can be dropped down to 2%~5% from 10%~40%. Meanwhile, this dryer should be used combined with rotary drum cooling machine because the temperature of fertilizer is very high after drying which should be cooled at a certain temperature for easy storage and transportation. With high heating/cooling efficiency, our rotary dryer and rotary cooler are quite appropriate for organic fertilizer granules as well as raw materials for fertilizer production.
