1.The machine can serve several purposes and can produce pavement bricks, Solid bricks, Hollow Blocks with different moulds.
2.Low frequency in feeding material, high frequency vibration. Platform vibrating works together with mould, So that the concrete can be fully fluidified and exhausted in two or three seconds to reach the high density.
3.The advanced technique of hydraulic-controlled proportion can handle the oil press and amount of the system freely,therefore ,different materials can be able to produce the high quality products.
4.All the procedures are operated by PLC and equipment with out and in date device to realize person-machine conversation. Control system also including the advanced safe logical system and fault diagnosis system.

1.About the Structure:
* We adopted imported parts from Germany in some critical parts of our machine to enhance its durability and performance
* The main frame is build of strong hollow and rectangle steel with thickness 200mm.
* Vibration source(Vibration table) is isolated with the main frame to prevent the destructive vibration damage on the main frame
* Complex structure mechanic design is applied on the vibration table instead of traditional one to strengthen the table and reduce its self weight
2.About the maintenance:
* All the parts were designed to be changed easily
* We changed the bolt and the nut design from welding
* All the parts can be tool and accessible
