Product Description

Hongfa Mobile Master-100 Mobile Concrete Batching Plant is equipped with 3000/2000L. Twin shaft mixer, produces 2 m3 in every batch and reaches the capacity of 90 m3/h of vibrated concrete, where as Hongfa Mobile Master-100+ Concrete Mobile. Concrete Batching Plant is equipped with 3750/2500L, twin shaft mixer and reaches the production capacity of 100 m'/h of vibrated concrete.

Until now, from South Africa Area to Middle East Area more than 1000 units of HONGFA mobile concrete batching plants were installed in over 130 countries and carry on concrete production for important projects.

The main unit of HONGFA Mobile Concrete Batching Plants is designed on a mono-block chassis which is equipped with axle and tires and therefore the main unit can be transported by one truck trailer.

HONGFA Mobile Master-100 Mobile Concrete Batching Plant is equipped with 4x22,5 m3 capacity square type aggregate bin and 3000/2000 L. twin shaft mixer provides to its users both high mobility and high production capacity.

On the other hand, HONGFA Concrete Mix Mobile Master-100 L+ is equipped with 3750/2500 L twin shaft mixer and higher capacity aggregate, cement and water weigh hoppers which are suitable for this capacity .

4 different types of aggregates can be stored in the aggregates bin and the aggregate feeding system can bed one either by concrete ramp or optional automated aggregate feeding system.

Batching & Mixing System 

♦PLD Concrete Batching Machine is a kind of automatic batching equipment equipped with the mixer. This concrete batching machine can finish automatically the batching process of sand, stone, cement etc.

 

♦JS Series concrete mixer is twin shaft cement mixer, it can mix the plastic and half-dry hard concrete, fluid concrete and light aggregate concrete.

Cement Silo

♦Bolted powder cement silo is Modular design and produce. The silo is combined by four main parts: the cover, wall sections, cones and supporting legs. All parts are pressed by special machine and mould, especially the wall sections which can be changed every place on the wall. A Complete set of
♦Accessories is provided for silo It is equipped with automatic dust collector, butterfly valve, automatic broken arch and the upper and lower level indicators and other facilities. Bolted(assembly)silo is also easy for shipment and installation.

Vertical Planetary Mixer
