                           QT10-15D Automaic hydraulic Block making machine




This is a new type of block making machine called QT10-15D developed by our company lately,it is a typical block making equipment.it can produce various Hollow,Cellular blocks,curbstones,paving and grass bricks,slope blocks and other similar concrete product in different sizes by changing different moulds,using fly ash,cinder,slag,gangue or other industrial waste such as river sand,crushed stones,cement and some other materials.it can also produce  layered products with an aggregate feeding mechanism.

The main frame of QT10-15D block making machine uses gantry frame structure which is made of high strength and high quality steel that is firm,inflexible and high shockproof and incredibly reliable.it design adopted independently based driving-like storage method to the raw materials feeding and delivery and uses Mesh wave swinging aggregate feeding structure so the effect is excellent.The moulds are made by manganese steel,which won't even get depressed and damaged for working a long time like having wasted 100,000 of them.( The host machine is a simple production line that is consisted of PL1200 batching machine,JS500 or JS750 mixing machine,Belt conveyor in the length of 8 meters,stacker and other necessary machinery.
