Organic waste to fertilizer production line uses the organic waste as the raw material, such as organic waste, 

straw, excrement from people, livestock and poultry, cake meal, agricultural and sideline products, then it is 

fermented, deodorized and thoroughly decomposed to be made fertilizer.

Processing raw materials: Cattle, chickens, pigs and other animals manure

Application: Pellet organic fertilizer making.

 

Raw Equipment Material of Hongfa Updated Bedtype fermentation

The main structure of the equipment frame is galvanized steel and pickled and phosphated steel, and the whole frame is sprayed with special materials, which greatly increases the service life of the equipment. The contact position of the fermentation bed and feces is all made of 304  stainless steel including screws.

Brand-New Steel Plates

To make our Organic Fertilizer Machine reliable and durable, HONGFA FACTORY purchases  steel from famous steel manufacturers in China. We only use steel plates that have not been rolled.

Main Euipment of the Whole System

1. Fermentation equipment 
Mainly used for the fermentation of raw materials, to achieve industrial production.


2. Roulette tipping machine  
The roulette tipping machine equipment adopts the intermediate chain transmission mechanism, driving the two diameters of the tipping wheel, symmetrical flipping, no dead angle adjustable speed shift trolley, left and right displacement, low energy consumption to complete the long-span tipping work.


3. Crushing machine 
Mainly used for the crushing of raw materials to meet the requirements of granulation.


4. Organic granulator
The cutter head is movable and adjustable, which is conducive to granulation, and is made of wear-resistant alloy. Mainly used for granulation of various powdery materials.


5. Rotary dryer machine 
It is mainly used for drying after granulation, so that the granules can quickly reduce the moisture at high temperature, which is convenient for storage and achieves continuous and uninterrupted production.


6. Cooling machine  
It is mainly used to cool down and remove moisture after drying, so that the material can quickly reach normal temperature, meet the storage requirements, and realize continuous and uninterrupted production.


7. Screener machine
Wear-resistant steel mesh. It is mainly used for the separation of finished products and returned materials, and can also realize the classification of finished products, so that the finished products can be evenly classified.
