Autoclaved aerated concrete is based on the calcium silica hydration reaction. Apart from traditional sand, there are many types of solid waste that can be used to produce AAC, such as slag, tailings, ceramic tailings, etc. The most common solid waste is fly ash. Large amounts of fly ash are available and utilization of solid waste is important for environmental protection.
The main raw materials for the production of AAC block
1. Tailings raw materials produced by various metal mine mining, iron ore tailings, copper mine tailings, quartz stone tailings, etc.
2. Ceramic mud. Granite, marble mine tailings, and quarry tailings, etc.
3. Fly ash, slag, water slag, steel slag and other waste materials produced by various thermal power plants, heating companies and steel plants
4. Various power plants, phosphate mines, desulfurization gypsum, phosphogypsum and other ancillary waste produced
5. A large amount of construction waste, concrete fragments and other waste materials generated by urban demolition and road construction in various places
6. A large amount of waste residue and tailings generated by national road construction and tunnels, etc.
