What is AAC Block?
AAC Block is made by Sand,Fly Ash,Cement, Lime, Gypsum etc. as raw materials,add in the additive of Aluminum Powder, then take the main process of Ball-milling,Batching and Mixing,Pouring, Resting for pre-curing, Cutting and Curing in Autoclave,to make the final blocks contains a large number of uniform and fine pores, and become the popular high building raw material.
The AAC Block is a green prefab building material which used in the global market for more than 70 years,and widely used in the residential, commercial and industrial buildings.
It can be made into many kinds of bricks(for example:600*200*100mm, 80*80*180mm,240*115*53mm, 600*200*125mm),in the future,they will replace the Clay brick completely.
Advantages of the AAC Block
1)Light weight
AAC block density is usually 400-700kg/m3, 1/3 of clay block,1/5 common concrete block.So use the Light block can reduce about 40% weight than the ordinary building materials,
2) Cost saving
Due to the lightweight of AAC block, it can easier to install and reduce use steel with 27% and cement with 20%. and the size is being 8 times of a clay brick, AAC wall construction can reduce 1/3 the joints, thus an overall mortar saving 66%.
3)Earthquake resistant
For the same building structure, It has been proven that AAC block building can double resistant Earthquake than brick level, and to withstand 5 tropical storms.
4) High Strength
AAC block can reach 40kg/square cm(about 4.0Mpa). the sand type AAC block normally is 3.8-4.2Mpa, the fly ash type AAC block is about 3.0-3.5 Mpa

Cutting Machine of AAC Block
As the main equipment in the AAC Production Line,the quality and cutting accuracy of aerated block cutting machine directly affect the quality of AAC block
1) Highly intelligent operation and management, PLC centralized one key control, with frequency converter to realize the whole cutting process automatic operation.
2) Hongfa cutting machine can not only produce AAC blocks, but also produce ALC panel, and cut the blocks and panels in six sides, so the quality of products is not affected by mould oil and mould deformation.

Finished cutting used semi-product crane carry to the front of autoclave grouped, hoisting machine or dragger will drag steam trolley into autoclave to steam,it will need 6-10 hours.
Separating and Packing Machine of AAC Block Production Line
Separating Machine:After 6-10 hours, finished products come out of autoclave, with separting machine to separate blocks layer by layer.
Packing Machine:Using finished block carry hanger clamp the finished product to package line on wooden pallets,after package, then by forklift transport the finished products to piled yard according to specifications to stack.
Special Design-Recycle Station
By using a grouping device to remove the 6 sides surface layer with a thickness of 2-6 cm above and below, recycle and reuse it before enter the autoclave, also can save the energe of steam.
