6.Demolding System

The Boiler and Autoclave are all special equipment, we must make sure the good quality and safety for our customer when working.
The bolier must be enough to supply full energy and heating for the whole production line.
In the production of cement fiber boards, the autoclave maintenance time is 10-12 hours, of which 8 hours are at constant pressure and constant temperature of 180°, and the other times are the time for increasing and decreasing pressure.
8.Edging System
The maximum cutting thickness of the edge grinding machine can suitable for the 3-35mm plates, and the horizontal edge grinding can be equipped with an electric width adjustment device to reduce the time when changing sizes.9.T000 ton large tonnage pressing machine
