Autoclaved Aerated Concrete(AAC) block is a Lightweight and Thermal Insulation new building material,it is made from silicate marerials(such as sand, fly ash,etc.) and calcareous materials(lime and cement), through the process the batching,pouring, gas expansion, cutting and curing,etc.
AAC Blocks are widely used in industrial and civil buildings. they are currently the most mature new wall materials in terms of the production and application technology.
Due to the Lightyweight of the AAC Block,the general weight of AAC blocks is 500-700kg/M3, which is only equal to 1/4-1/3 of clay bricks, and 1/5 of concrete blocks. It is the lighter type of blocks and is suitable for infill walls of high buildings and load bearing walls of ground-floor buildings.the use of such materials can reduce the self weight of the building by more than 40% to the concrete brick structures, so the earthquake destructive force is small, which improves the seismic resistance of high buildings.

Hongfa main technical description of the AAC block making production line
1.Pouring and Mixer
The pouring mixer is mixing for steaming aerated concrete green block before pouring.
It mainly consists of two parts: the mixing drum and the pouring arm. The mixing drum is cylindrical and consists of a motor, mixing shaft and spiral mixing blade, and the blanking at the pouring mouth is controlled by a pneumatic butterfly valve.
The pouring mixer adopts the principle of Propeller mixing, make the mixing speed fast and even. The mixing power is the motor, the motor rotates clockwise, drives the mixing shaft and the mixing blade, so that the material through the guide cylinder in the mixing cylinder up and down convection, and the shitter blade on the cylinder to decompose and mix, to achieve the purpose of rapid and uniform mixing.

The cutting machine is the core equipment of the AAC block production line.Hongfa cutting machines with advanced performance and leading international level.
It is mainly a fixed flip cutting machine. we take use the German Yitong manufacturing tech and design, and combined with the market requirements to develop and produce.
The main machine uses a rectangular square tube as the frame to ensure the stability of the equipment. The cutting steel wire is tensioned by a cylinder to ensure that each steel wire is evenly stressed during cutting. The cross-cutting machine cuts the steel wire in an efficient manner. The entire frame swings to achieve low-frequency and large-amplitude swings. The green blcok can be cut to the bottom and the surface is finely cut, eliminating the phenomenon of double eyelids. The longitudinal cutting machine is equipped with a separation blade and a cleaning tool to simplify the structure and effectively remove the top waste.

The lifting and flipping power are provided by the hydraulic station. it moves the blank (with The mold, side panels) are turned 90 degrees in the air, the hanging tool is placed on the cutting table or cutting trolley, the mold frame is removed, and the block can be cut.
